Ingredients :
- Spring Onions
- Rasam powder
- onions chopped
- tomato – 1
- curry leaves
- green chillis
- Ginger
- garlic
- little tamarind
- salt
- Tadka
Procedure :
- In a pan, heat oil and add curry leaves, green chillies, chopped ginger & garlic and add tadka.
- add onions now, and roast till they become golden brown.
- now add tomato and let them break even completely.
- now add rasam powder, little tamarind, salt and chopped spring onions.
- add enough water for rasam and saute for 5 minutes.
- yummy spring onion rasam ( soup ) is ready 🙂
