Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kg ( small pieces )
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
  • Coriander Powder – 2 spoon
  • Corn Flour – 2 tsp
  • Rice Flour – 3/4 tsp
  • Red Food Color – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 3 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-  little
  • Oil
  • Tadka How to prepare Tadka (పోపు)

Procedure:

  • Wash chicken and cut chicken into small size pieces.
  • add salt, turmeric, coriander,lemon, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder to chicken for marinating and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • now, take a pan add 2 spoons oil and add chopped onions and cook until they become golden brown.
  • now, add the marinated chicken pieces to the frying onion and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • put tadka in it How to prepare Tadka (పోపు)
  • mix food color to chicken and mix nicely. add little amount of color only.
  • now, deep fry the chicken in oil and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • yummy chicken 65 is ready 🙂

Ingredient

  • Milk  500ml
  • Sugar
  • Custard Powder
  • Cut Fruits

Procedure :

  • take 500ml milk and boil it.
  • Take 2 spoons custard powder and add to cold milk and allow it to become like thick liquid. keep stirring to avoid forming lumps.
  • now, mix this thick mixture with boiled milk and keep stirring.
  • add half cup of sugar, cut fruits at this stage.
  • allow it to cool by keeping in fridge.
  • serve chilled.
  • yummy fruit custard is ready 🙂

Janthikalu – Andhra Snack

Ingredients:

  • Besan Flour/ Chick Pea Flour – 2 cups
  • Rice Flour – 2 cups
  • Ajwain – 5 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt
  • Chilli Powder
  • Oil

Procedure:

  • mix ajwain, ginger garlic paste, little water and then make it to a paste using mixer grinder. now, filter the liquid portion of this paste and keep it aside. you need only the liquid portion, please make a note.
  • now, take a bowl and mix rice flour, besan flour, salt, chilli powder, water and mix nicely and prepare dough.
  • now, add the liquid portion extracted in step 1.

  • now, put the dough in it and press it so that, the dough falls in oil in various shapes as per the disc used.
  • deep fry them, until golden brown, but don’t roast them 😉
  • yummy and tasty Janthikalu/ Murukku is ready 🙂

 

Crispy Rice Balls – Palakayalu

Ingredients:

  • Rice Flour – 2 cups
  • Maida – 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Elaichi
  • Cashew pieces
  • Ghee
  • Til Seeds – 1 spoon
  • Oil

Procedure:

  • mix rice flour, maida, powdered sugar, elaichi powder, cashew crunches in a bowl.
  • now, heat ghee in a deep bottomed pan and pour in the above mixture.
  • mix well like chapati/poori dough.
  • now, make small balls of the size of grapes and deep fry in oil.
  • crunchy rice balls recipe is ready 🙂

 

 

Chicken Balls and Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 250 grams
  • Sandwich Bread – 1 pack
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Chopped Onions
  • Salt
  • Chilli Powder
  • Curd
  • Lemon
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander
  • Chat Masala
  • Oil

Procedure:

  • add salt, turmeric, coriander, Chat masala, curd,lemon, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder to chicken for marinating and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • now, take a pan add 2 spoons oil and add chopped onions and cook until they become golden brown.
  • now, add the marinated chicken pieces to the frying onion and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Cut chicken into small size pieces like keema.
  • Now, cut the edges of bread slices and dip them in water and squeeze each slice and then stuff the chicken curry in it and make into rolls or balls, as per your interest.
  • now, deep fry them until they become golden brown color.
  • stick, pumpkin seeds on top of it for taste.
  • yummu chicken balls/rolls is ready 😉

Coconut Jaggery Laddu

Ingredients:

  • Grated Coconut – 250 grams
  • Jaggery – 250 grams
  • Elaichi
  • Cashew

Procedure:

  • grate jaggery separately and keep aside.
  • mix grated jaggery and grated coconut and sprinkle little water and cook on a deep bottomed vessel until it becomes thick. stir continuously.
  • do not cook for long time or the mixture becomes hard.
  • now, add elaichi and cashew powder  to the mixture and stir slowly.
  • when the mixture becomes thick and warm, apply oil to your hands and prepare round shaped balls with the mixture.
  • let it cool for sometime.
  • yummy coconut jaggery laddu is ready 🙂
  • This is a very healthy snack for all age groups.

Spinach Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3
  • Onions – 1
  • Green Chillis – 3
  • Ginger piece – 1
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Pepper – 4 or 5
  • Jeera
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • cut spinach leaves without stem and wash and chop them nicely.
  • Break eggs and take the inside content in a bowl.
  • Add salt to the yolk and beat it nicely.
  • now, add chopped green chillis, onions,ginger to the yolk mixture and mix nicely.
  • now, pour them in set dosa pan.
  • now, add palak leaves on top along with jeera.
  • take them out, when cooked after 2-3 minutes.
  • yummy and healthy spinach omelette is ready 🙂
