Pesarattu / Green Gram Dosa

Ingredients :

  • Green Gram – 1 cup
  • Rice – 2 spoonful
  • Onions – chopped
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Tadka
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Soak green gram and rice for 6 hours and then grind them to a paste.
  • grind onions, green chillis, ginger and add this to green gram paste and mix well.
  • take a tawa and pour oil and let it pre-heat.
  • pour the green gram batter like dosa and add chopped onions, little tadka on top.
  • yummy protein rich green gram dosa/ pesarattu is ready 🙂
  • This can be had with ginger chutney or coconut chutney.0
