- Green Gram – 1 cup
- Rice – 2 spoonful
- Onions – chopped
- Soak green gram and rice for 6 hours and then grind them to a paste.
- grind onions, green chillis, ginger and add this to green gram paste and mix well.
- take a tawa and pour oil and let it pre-heat.
- pour the green gram batter like dosa and add chopped onions, little tadka on top.
- yummy protein rich green gram dosa/ pesarattu is ready 🙂
- This can be had with ginger chutney or coconut chutney.
