Ingredients :
- Condensed Milk – 500 ml
- sugar
- Cocoa Powder – 5-6 spoon ful
- Butter – unsalted – 100-200 grams
- Milk
- Liquid Glucose
- Any light flavor like almond powder etc.
Procedure :
- mix liquid glucose, cocoa and milk nicely.
- take a plastic bowl and apply butter to it.
- mix all the ingredients in the bowl and keep in microwave oven for 2minutes at 180 degrees.
- then pour the mixture into moulds of your choice.
- you can add broken almonds, cashew at this stage on top of the hot chocolate paste.
- Allow it to cool and store in fridge.
- yummy home made chocolates are ready 🙂
- These chocolates can be wrapped in food grade paper to give a good look 🙂 these can be gifted as well.
